Struggling with self-esteem can be debilitating. It often involves a ton of painful internal chatter that hinders you from doing what you want, making the connections you want to make, and ultimately living the life you want to live. Using the modalities above, I give you a safe space to explore this part of your life and strengthen your relationship with yourself.

PEOPLE-PLEASING

If you find yourself often people-pleasing, you’re likely a kind and loving person. You may find conflict to be super painful and strongly value being in good standing with those in your life. People-pleasing sometimes results from not feeling like you were allowed to say ‘no’ earlier in life. What was once a necessary response for safety, may now be getting in the way of getting your needs met. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space where we work on uncovering your needs and raising their priority, and where I support you in ultimately becoming your most authentic self.

ANXIETY

I work with clients whose anxiety feels like a roadblock between them and living the life they want to live. Anxiety can look like constant worry, worst-case scenario thinking, taking things personally, all-or-nothing thinking, and more. It can also be very physical. If anxiety is hindering you from experiencing life the way you want to, I provide a supportive space using a multitude of effective techniques to help you decrease anxiety and reclaim your life.

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES

I use a combination of Talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy, based on your specific needs and goals.
